Sometimes my brain likes to describe anxious feelings with visuals from the physical world. I guess as a way to cope & try to understand?
Last week, I was feeling something like a literal drawer jammed full of jumbled-up cables and cords.
So I went to go take a photo of our household “miscellaneous cable drawer”, only to find it’s actually in really good order. Luba has the cables all beautifully rolled, wrapped, and taped into perfect little units.
So I couldn’t get a photo to visually translate what I was feeling.
But I’m feeling better now. Not 100… something a bit more like our orderly cable drawer. Organized chaos.
